I started this in February and FINALLY got around to finishing it.
A black leopard, based off of a photo in a book I've got. Graphite. Niger is not an actual subspecies of leopard, but I am sure at one time black leopards were regarded as such- if not as a separate species, even. I decided to throw it in as a look to the old naturalists who went around classifying everything- and while it was often inaccurate, they did find a lot of new animals. The weird scribbling in the oval is my signature...oddly enough the hardest part to place. It's not even placed there on the actual drawing, I moved that in oC. I'm too sick of rewriting it to fix it on the drawing itself. |
