Sadly, this scanned in poorly. The foremost telephone pole is actually much smoother and even in thickness.
The birds in the sky are swifts, said to resemble flying cigars, and the bird on the wire is meant to be a morning dove. Not my best birds. I should have framed it differently, too; my powerlines are too high on the page, which forced me to position the birds in a way I didn't want to. Based on a spot from my walk. The swifts are always flying around in the evening. |
